How to sign up
Our volunteers use a booking system called ZELOS to make it easy for you to book on to events you’d like to volunteer at. If you haven’t used it before, register and then you can log in any time to have a look at next and new opportunities coming up and to book a shift.
Registering a new account
- Go here and click ‘Create new account’ and fill in your details
- Select ‘Join an existing team’ and search for ‘The Drill Hall Chepstow’ on the next screen and select it
- Click to ‘Join team’
- Tell us a bit more about what you’re interested in and click ‘Join team’
- You can now use the email and password you set up to log back in to this screen any time
Looking for and signing up to new opportunities
- Log in here using your email and password (or use the forgotten password link if you’ve forgotten it)
- You should see any events you are signed up to and can click on the ‘Show tasks’ button to see other opportunities
- Click on an opportunity or event to read more about it and see number of available volunteering slots and ‘Sign up’ to any you’re interested in
- You will be sent an email reminder – you’ll get notifications if anything changes, or if opportunities are assigned to you
